Gault&Millau's review 2025

Nestled in the heart of the forest, this former hunting and music lodge imagined in the 18th century by composer Fernand Halphen has been transformed into a haven of 108 rooms and suites, decorated with Jouy canvases and period furniture. This refinement is mirrored on the first floor, in the gourmet restaurant L'Opéra, led by chef Benoist Rambaud, and the restaurant-bar Le Stradivarius, warmed by a fireplace and adorned with a large library. Last but not least, the spa with its heated swimming pool, illuminated by two crystal chandeliers that underline the columns and drapery of the place. The exceptional décor is matched only by the treatments on offer, featuring signature rituals guaranteed to be paraben-free. The ultimate luxury, the hotel features a small wooden sauna with a panoramic view of the Chantilly forest.
