Since the change in leadership, this restaurant still seems to be finding its footing. The place has a rather chic atmosphere, without being particularly modern, but the overall experience remains pleasant. Chef Anne-Sophie Godry offers three set menus, priced at 76, 92, and 117 €, with the latter two being surprise menus. For €76, you can choose from the à la carte menu and the daily specials: gravlax-style mackerel with broccoli mousseline; pork is then served in three textures—cromesquis-style trotter, confit cheek, and glazed belly—and to finish the meal, a mirabelle plum pavlova. The staff is friendly and attentive. As for wines, five whites and five reds are available by the glass, while a “small-format” menu also allows you to choose 50-cl bottles.
