Conviviality and the pleasures of the table come together at Hervé Horme's, who knows his customers and their desires, sometimes for simplicity, sometimes for more elaborate cuisine, as in this fine €78 menu: scallops with leeks in a shell, rosé veal fillet with orange juice, popcorn and polenta, and an original, gourmet dessert like a "bouchée à la reine" apple and vanilla ice cream. A classic cellar with no surprises and not too much research.
