In one of France's most beautiful villages, the Hôtel de la Poste et du Lion d'or is a symbol, a beautiful château over two hundred years old, a 4* establishment and gourmet restaurant. To bring this historic site to life, the hotel has enlisted the services of chef Éric Balan (previously 16/20 at La Bastide des Lys), committed to reproducing fine gastronomic cuisine that is both serious and intuitive. From €64, menus show true mastery: fregola sarda with truffle oil, pan-fried sot-l'y-laisse and savagnin foam, steamed back of semi-salted cod, brandade accras and saffron shrimp broth, a vitelotte craquant, tartar and green apple mousseline, manzana apple sorbet. Up to €120.
