Vézelay remains a beacon for pilgrims from all over the world, and the Eternal guides your steps, and those of travelers sometimes more gourmand than devout. Eric Balan is a long-serving, masterful chef who we've been following for a long time. Plates with a chord, a solid traditional background and flavors in harmony that satisfy everyone: foie gras mi-cuit gelée vin rouge citronnelle et gingembre, millefeuille de soumaintrain, variation around quail with Albuféra truffle sauce, finger chocolat rocher noisette fleur de sel in a very good €80 menu last spring. Vegetarian options and a wide selection of regional wines.
