Gault&Millau's review 2026

It's a beautiful hotel located just a few minutes from Avallon, benefiting from a remarkable setting, a five-hectare park and numerous facilities, for a successful family weekend. The table completes the experience with traditional, high-quality cuisine: pan-fried snails Burgundy-style, poached salmonette with aligoté butter and fresh tagliatelle, veal kidneys with mustard seed, mushrooms and spinach, coffee tiramisù.
