A small, traditional, bourgeois inn in the Avallonnaise countryside, wise and constant. This is the spirit of Vieille France that we cherish so much, with the warmth of an open fire, immaculate white tablecloths and dignified service, surrounded by the experience of good regional cuisine: coquilles saint-jacques as a starter, pavé de boeuf and seasonal vegetables, a delightful baba au rhum.
