A noble residence for a gourmet stay. Franco Bowanee for savory dishes and Karian Laval for sweet ones, both of whom we've featured extensively, provide the pleasure of a table full of character, with dishes that are both masterful and original on a good traditional base: mediterranean octopus espuma with curry leaves and turmeric, turnip ginger broth, pike-perch back on skin with green asparagus and mushrooms, reduced seaweed juice, veal picanha with fennel artichoke and park fir bud broth are just some of the dishes on the seasonal menu, which can be varied according to the number of courses. Well-constructed cellar covering all the vineyards.
