Chef's Restaurant This proud residence nestled in the Cousin valley is a classic and renowned stopover. It's a place to spend some lordly moments, including at table, with the complete works of Franco Bowanee and pastry chef Karina Laval, last year's winner of a trophy at the Gault&Millau Tour. The use of local seasonal produce is a priority in these fine dishes, and the Gourmandise menu at €165 covers the whole range: escargots gros gris en fricassée navet daikon espuma ail des ours, viennoise de truite de Crisenon raviole du jardin jus de pois cassés or suprême de pigeonneau de Pornic cuisse et aile en dim sum réduction volnay et épices. Karina's desserts are inspired by her well-stocked Burgundy cellar.
