Chef's Restaurant Just a stone's throw from Avallon, this majestic eighty-hectare estate offers an exceptional seigneurial experience, with a grand 17th-century château converted into a 5* hotel, complete with swimming pool and jacuzzi, and historic-style rooms. Franco Bowanee and pastry chef Karina Laval have taken charge of the restaurant's glass-enclosed extension, offering a technical, Franco-Mauritian-inspired cuisine. Notably trained by Gérard Besson and Paul Bocuse, the MOF semi-finalist expresses his savoir-faire in large menus ranging from €98 to €230. Impeccable service.
