Gault&Millau's review 2025

A Relais & Châteaux member, this 5-star hotel houses not only the legendary restaurant designed by Bernard Loiseau, but also 34 rooms and suites designed in the same spirit, combining discreet luxury with a celebration of local culture. Vast and luminous, decorated with Burgundy terracotta tiles, stone fireplaces and antique woodwork, all tempered by contemporary comfort: bathrooms with whirlpool tubs, flat-screen TVs, iPads... Designed to offer guests a stay that intimately blends gastronomy and well-being, since 2017 the venue has been home to the Villa Loiseau des Sens, a 1,500 m2 refuge that houses an organic restaurant and a spa made up of two areas (sensory and voluptuous) bringing together the very best in equipment and treatments: massaging alcoves, experiential showers and a palette of exceptional treatments by the Olivier Claire and Clé des Champs brands.
