Set in the heart of this small village nestled against the Yonne River, the 3* hotel is the perfect place to spend the night, and enjoy the reassuringly bourgeois cuisine. The tone is definitely classic, and promises to deliver, with a simple, effective plate that happily reflects the region's terroir. The market menu is recommended: rabbit vinette, tomato confit and arugula, pan-fried scallops, squid ink risotto and green asparagus, roast rack of veal and two-cooked potatoes, sautéed carrots, muesli-style peach. Well-rounded service.
