It's a Lyon brasserie institution, opened in 1872 on the corner of avenue du Maréchal Saxe. Le Genève" is an unchanging rendezvous, where people usually meet throughout the day for a coffee, a drink or more, from breakfast until 11:30pm. The menu aims for efficiency, with simple, quickly-executed recipes: eggs mayonnaise with smoked herring, cod accras to share, roast salmon steak with butternut, mushrooms and lobster sauce, Royans ravioli gratin, veal escalope Milanaise, tarte tatin. Formule à 24 €.
