Gourmet Restaurant On the square in the center of town, this restaurant takes on the allure of a classic brasserie, while at the same time earning a place in the local gastronomic scene. The extensive à la carte menu allows you to choose the sequence of dishes you'd like to enjoy, with quality produce (foie gras, scallops, sweetbreads, etc.) and a strong commitment to personal cuisine: clams and black pork Jerusalem artichoke mustard ice cream, braised beef chuck foie gras royale celery mousseline, caramel beurre salé banana sorbet cheesecake, all good work at logical prices (around €60 à la carte).
