Gourmet Restaurant Martin and Aurélien in the kitchen, Alexandre in the dining room, are the new animators of the Loire terroir in this garden restaurant facing the little train station. Martin Bolaers, who was Thibault Ruggieri's second-in-command at Fontevraud, knows the area and its produce well. In a bucolic, simple yet sophisticated ambience, he offers authentic cuisine, obviously highlighting vegetables and herbs from the kitchen garden, as well as fruit from the orchard, such as the starter "L'instant T", (lacto-fermented vegetables and various textures) or the dessert "Balade au verger" (quinoa and chia ice cream, herbs and berries), including a beautiful trout in ikejimé. Service a little slow, cellar from the Loire and generalist.
