Under the evocative slogan "chickens and vines", Olivia and Vincent Simon invite you to take a gourmet plunge into the Touraine countryside. The farm's poultry provides the raw material (jowl, duckling, guinea fowl, squab) and its by-products (terrine, foie gras...), as well as ideas for dishes that are always interesting, such as confit quail legs with zucchini marinière and eggplant cookie, crépinettes of pig's cheek in cep sauce, or duckling in long-cooked juice with figs and green beans. The full menu costs €36 (you can add a good cheese for €8) and the house wine is €33, in the Bourgueil appellation.
