It's Millau in the contemporary era, an almost avant-garde restaurant in the local landscape, a discreet place turned towards nature, in a beautifully decorated house, with blond parquet flooring and rough walls, in a pedestrian alleyway in the old town. Chloé in the dining room, Rémi in the kitchen, offer a fresh and original "green restaurant", but only open for five services a week. The chef, inspired by his travels but very attentive to local produce, fashions his menus around seasonal markets. Two inexpensive formulas, at €48 and €59, provide a panorama of the moment, while Chloé plays with possible accompaniments from a developing wine list.
