Prestige Hotel Ideal for exploring the nearby Gorges du Tarn, this hotel is housed in a former Benedictine monastery, set in 6 hectares of parkland shaded by tall trees. Everything here exudes serenity: the charm of the 29 rooms and suites with their beautiful wood panelling and flowery fabrics, the terrace opening onto the outdoor swimming pool just a stone's throw from the spa and, last but not least, the cuisine of Jean-François and Hélène de Montjou, the owners who treat their guests to local recipes celebrating the Cévennes' terroir and culture.
