Just 6 km from Rodez, this 16th-century château is a delight for lovers of peace and nature. Divided between the château itself and an annex, the establishment, which is a member of the Teritoria community, features 20 tastefully appointed rooms by owner Jean Rouquet, who has scoured antique shops for exceptional furniture. The château boasts a spa, an outdoor swimming pool overlooking the vines, and the delights of its table led by chef Nicolas Assié. And the best is yet to come, with an incredible cabin perched atop a hundred-year-old oak, an ultra-cosy refuge with a soft bed, a small bathroom and a delightful terrace.
