Overlooking the Jonte river, this beautiful 2* inn is the home of Flore and Guillaume, who welcome you for the night and the meal, in a most engaging Lozère setting, with its terrace for the summer and its wooded room for the winter. The à la carte menu features local products reworked in a more contemporary vein, combining them with more exotic scents, such as mackerel unilateral, oriental quinoa and tzatziki cream, pike-perch fillet roasted on the skin, spelt with squid ink, smoked salmon emulsion, roast lamb fillet and confit shoulder, celery, basil gnocchi and Cajun spice jus. Well-rounded service.
