The Jeu de Paume's dishes are simple, traditional, with a few modern twists, such as beef tataki or octopus aspic in carpaccio. It's a no-holds-barred affair, but visitors are sure to find something to their liking: jambon persillé, aligot saucisse, escargots, lamb sweetbreads and entrecôte à la cheminée. Local ewe's milk cheeses, contemporary desserts (tiramisu, pannacotta, ice creams...) and a good selection of wines by the glass from nearby winegrowers.
