Prestige Hotel Ideally located a stone's throw from the Tarn Gorge and Millau Viaduct, this 12th-century château has been transformed into a refined luxury hotel. It now boasts 26 rooms and suites divided into two areas: the medieval part with its thick stone walls, parquet floors and antique furniture, and a more contemporary building with designer furniture, clean lines and beautiful terraces opening onto the garden. There's also a restaurant serving local cuisine in the former guardroom (a superb vaulted space) or on the terrace, with its magnificent view of the Chemin de Ronde and the Causses countryside in the background.
