Nature lovers, this address is for you! In the heart of a landscape of forests and high cliffs overlooking the Tarn gorges, this XIVᵉ century building appears like a mirage, posed on the river's edge. Transformed into a hotel for the enjoyment of its devotees, it houses a dozen rooms in the main building with exposed stonework and antique furnishings and six in a more contemporary annex, a spectacular dining room with its Gothic fireplace where you can enjoy Cévenole cuisine and a delightful park where you can laze around before diving into the swimming pool.
