This is one of the city's best options in terms of updated tradition. A bourgeois setting with a high-class ambience led by Yann, the owner, and a €36 à la carte menu offering a wide choice: foie gras pannacotta with caramelized onions, trout fillet with lemon confit maki style, hare fillet just snacked on with grand veneur sauce, oven-roasted apple with licorice. Pleasant terrace on the balcony of the house.
