The sign announces the color - tricolore - for a moment of gourmet goodness, with David Vaqué, well known to the people of Nice for many years. The chef and his teams honor French cuisine, the good taste of poultry or roasted meat on selected products. The classics are always tasty to start with: pâté en croûte, escargots, quenelle de brochet, then the famous cocottes, with blanquette, kidneys, daube, broches (poultry, andouillette, shoulder of lamb...), and then entrecôte, pork chop with honey, whole fish, before crêpes Suzette or Grand Marnier soufflé for a true panorama of fine traditional French cuisine.
