Gault&Millau's review 2025

Imagine a 180° panorama of the Mediterranean, an immense, immaculate villa rising from an avenue of umbrella pines tumbling down to the sea, a garden filled with roses and wisteria, tennis courts and a lagoon-colored swimming pool set into the rock... Welcome to Eden Roc, a breathtakingly beautiful palace that has been attracting artists and celebrities from the four corners of the globe for 150 years. Now owned by the Oetker Group, the 111 rooms and suites and 3 villas are symbols of luxury and refinement, with their floral drapes, Louis XVI armchairs and tassel chandeliers. The spa offers a range of treatments by Bamford; the restaurants are run by Sébastien Broda, who offers a menu imagined by Éric Frechon at Le Louroc; the bars invite you to enjoy exceptional cocktails and bubbles while admiring the azure waters...
