Does a palace like this need guidebooks of any kind to exist, let alone make a name for itself? Of course not. Eden Roc is like Microsoft, Gandhi or Zola - you don't need to open an online encyclopedia to know what we're talking about. So, while a night spent in these magical surroundings is obviously out of the reach of most, the restaurant, open only in season, allows guests to sample the charms of supreme luxury for an evening, to the rhythm of dishes composed by the excellent Sébastien Broda and pastry chef Tarek Ahamada.
