A charming waterfront restaurant, with a “bistro plus” vibe, where the kitchen is brilliantly led by Chef Guillaume Winterstein. He creates delightful nods to regional traditions (pistou soup, ajo blanco…) while putting his own spin on them (miso eggplant, fresh-caught fish in a socca taco…). The menus are well-structured, available à la carte, and you can add 10 g of caviar for an extra charge to almost any dish—except desserts. The wine list is quite extensive, with suggested pairings.
