The historic house in the heart of the old village boasts a superb, authentic interior. It's an invitation to immerse yourself in this solemn, yet charming atmosphere, and enjoy classic Provençal cuisine prepared with care: fine red mullet tart à la niçoise, herb-crusted bass steak, low-temperature veal chuck with mushrooms and risotto. Formulas offer a limited choice, but are well conceived. The cellar is traditional.
