In the heart of Haut-de-Cagnes, amid narrow alleyways and stone houses, Le Cagnard extends the medieval experience through a setting steeped in history and full of charm: a vaulted room, a mezzanine level, and finally a dining room that opens onto a beautiful starry sky as well as an outdoor terrace with a panoramic view of the Mediterranean coast and the hills of the hinterland. The culinary journey continues on the plate with ingredient-driven Mediterranean cuisine and unobtrusive service: pâté en croûte; zucchini blossoms; saddle of lamb or artichokes with coconut beans; and for dessert, French toast or homemade ice cream and sorbets.
