This beautiful chalet, set on the edge of the resort and facing the Parc des Écrins, has been skilfully restored by Angélique and Alban Mounier, who have preserved the spirit of an old-fashioned alpine chalet, while infusing it with the best of contemporary comfort. The 43 rooms are decorated in a refined style, with magnificent fabrics, deep leather armchairs and warm wood panelling, all opening onto the imposing silhouette of the snow-capped mountains. Back from the slopes, you can laze in the lounges warmed by elegant fireplaces, or head for the Cinq Mondes spa, with its blonde woods and natural stone, sauna, hammam and indoor pool, not to mention its wide range of treatments. It's a friendly, chic place, also crowned by its gastronomic restaurant, Le P'tit Polyte, led by chefs Thomas Braghi and Vincent Colin.
