The success of this venue, ideally located above the Rhône, is great and growing. First and foremost, it's the result of all those years in which Carole Chabran has built up the loyalty of her teams, forming an efficient and dynamic duo with her manager Élodie. Then there's the more progressive bistro cuisine, offering something for everyone, from classic regional dishes such as frogs' legs, filet au poivre or sole meunière, to more contemporary inspirations, such as scallops plancha with rice risotto and saffron beurre blanc, calamari carbonara or fish kari, the specialty of Mauritian chef Giri Ramsony. Classic desserts include profiteroles, French toast with Romans pogne and Valrhona chocolate moelleux. A fine wine cellar for connoisseurs of the whole valley.
