Gourmet Restaurant In this valley wine village, home to some of the Rhône's finest winemakers (Jean-Louis Chave, Coursodon, Courbis, Gripa among others), you need a decent table to enjoy the place. That's exactly what we've done with this quiet, centrally-located establishment, offering an honest, unadorned €36 menu: salmon rillettes, fish curry with coconut milk, beef cheek confit with clairette de Die, chestnut tiramisu. And, of course, a fine selection of crozes and saint-joseph.
