Gault&Millau's review 2025

The restaurant is legendary, and the hotel - designed by Anne-Sophie Pic and her husband David - reflects this excellence. The 16 rooms and suites of this Relais & Châteaux exude a warm, discreet elegance with their combination of noble materials - leather, rosewood furniture, silver-leaf screens and silk carpets - not to mention the beautiful designer pieces by Bruno Borrione. Most of the rooms face the delightful Mediterranean garden, filled with flowers and bamboo, where a swimming pool and terrace are also hidden. A rare refuge of unostentatious luxury.
