Chef's Restaurant In many ways, this bistro has all the virtues of the house of yesteryear, the one that used to treat hungry, thirsty motorists on the banks of the Nationale 7. Today, the cuisine is very modern (duck breast maki, marinated octopus, tomato stracciatella gnocchi...), but we'd like it to draw more on its roots. With this in mind, the only thing we could find to satisfy our craving was roast quail with sautéed apples and mirabelle-tonka quail.
