A visit to Régis and Jacques Marcon's restaurant is a rare experience, and a stay at the family-run hotel (member of Relais & Châteaux) is just as idyllic. First, imagine the breathtaking view of the Ardèche mountains, the Ventoux and the Oisans... It was to celebrate nature that the Marcon family imagined their exceptional cuisine, and it was with this in mind that they designed this eco-responsible hotel, as seductive as it is virtuous. After crossing an underground passage highlighted by local artists, one discovers the luminous refinement of the 9 spacious rooms (50 m2) and the suite (95 m2), decorated with local materials (Ardèche and Auvergne woods) and extended by a private terrace. Here, the emphasis is on saving water, electricity and recycling, but that doesn't mean you can't enjoy many pleasures, such as the spa treatments, with relaxing waterfalls, herbal saunas and exceptional massages. An ideal family home spirit, as evidenced by the books and products left at your disposal, in complete confidence, in the bedrooms and lounges.
