Gault&Millau's review 2025

In the heart of the old town, close to the Maison des têtes (a sumptuous 16th-century townhouse), this boutique hotel, due to open in 2019, is attracting a large number of travelers, seduced by its warm, chic atmosphere. Behind the classic white facade are 12 rooms that blend historic details with contemporary aesthetics, with herringbone parquet flooring and walls painted in the colors of the moment (duck blue, shades of grey). A vast lounge, a gym and a pretty terrace complete the offer of this hotel, which doesn't yet have a restaurant, but treats its guests to delicious breakfasts, with a special mention for the viennoiseries from Maison Nivon, Valence's star patisserie.
