Prestige Restaurant In the heart of Lyon's very bourgeois arrondissement, Christophe Roure's restaurant has become one of the city's must-visit spots. This corner restaurant is the ideal place to discreetly sign a contract, or spend some quality time as a couple. Under the watchful eye of Madame Roure, the service is even more refined and elegant. The sommelier, who has been with us for four years, has also become more at ease: we have fun with the menu and his confident choices, including this simply delicious Tissot poulsard. There's everything here to please: several menus, and a pretty menu with beautiful dishes, which we'd like to see more of, knowing the chef's prodigious imagination. Regulars will be delighted by the petit gris snails and potato gnocchi, as well as the shellfish and shitake stew with a hollandaise siphon. Instagrammers will swoon over this omble-chevalier from the Cévennes region, which finishes its cooking in front of you, in this carré monté à la cire d'abeille, beurre citron et artichauts frit, while others will delight in this wagyu beef cooked over a wood fire, celery ball en croute de sel. As for dessert, this vacherin minute, strawberry and Bologna ice cream is a perfect composition, flanked by a slightly superfluous rice cream. Excellent value for money.
