A three-toque restaurant on the quayside, always discreet and precise, reserved for insiders who know the way to Matthieu Girardon's place with their eyes closed. Hidden menus, in the evening in two formulas at €125 and €159 for three or four courses, the assurance of fine work and top-quality products, with generosity (there are many surprises and attentions, right from the appetizers) and an atmosphere of charm and complicity. A fine cellar with extensive knowledge of the local vineyards, particularly Burgundy and Rhône.
