Remarkable Restaurant In the heart of the capital of the Gaules, this Miraflores is like a portal to elsewhere, under the direction of a Carlos Camino perfectly at ease, weaving a bridge between Peru and France with an intelligence and creativity as engaging as ever. This table, already beautiful in appearance, with its telluric colors and clean lines in a slightly Art Deco style, is an ideal introduction to the chef's aesthetic compositions, which are as pleasing in content as they are in form. The chef has devised two menus at €90 and €165, renewed according to the season, with a few signature dishes that are always successful, and accompanied by a clever wine cellar that is as French as it is international. Impeccable service.
