Remarkable Restaurant It's not just a trip across the Atlantic on the road to the Incas. Miraflores is quite simply one of Lyon's great restaurants, with a theme that may be exotic, but is above all rich in culinary tradition. Carlos Camino has made it a destination, in this beautiful Brotteaux dining room where everything invites discovery. You'll quickly fall under the spell: fines de claires with Amazonian walnut and eucalyptus, quinoa with truffle and coffee, magret with corn and aguaymento (physalis) and many other surprises with truffles or Uruguayan caviar to discover. Wine and cocktail pairings can also be part of the experience.
