Remarkable Restaurant Integral and loyal Bernard Marillier, who dispenses French cuisine as we love it, deft and saucy, technical and enjoyable. Here, to paraphrase Brillat Savarin, things taste as they are. And the price, one might add, which is actually quite reassuring. And if the chef is a master of poultry and meat, he also shows a great knowledge of seafood, delighting with his snacked scallops with Paimpol coconut velouté and fricassee of girolles en persillade, or red mullet with unilateral celeriac glazed with rosemary and verjuice wine sauce, from a fine €75 Découverte menu that ends with the Grand Dessert in four plates. A connoisseur's atmosphere, a fine classic cellar paying homage to dedicated winemakers.
