Gault&Millau's review2026
Clovis Khoury runs his house with generosity and seriousness, offering one of the most chic experiences in Brotteaux. It's an elegant house with subdued lighting, white tablecloths and refined crockery, where business lunches and candlelit dinners come naturally. At lunchtime, the menu is already of a high standard, with dishes such as soufflé of Normandy scallops, leek, trumpets of death and shellfish broth, cod confit in olive oil, parsnip mousseline, spinach and trumpets of death, broth with Iranian saffron, beef shank confit, mushrooms, cabbage and carrots, broth reduced with condiments and fresh herbs, fine Caribbean chocolate tartlet, quince from the Monts du Lyonnais, pear comice and granny smith soup. We take it up a notch in the evening with the four-course menu at €95.
