Chef's Restaurant What do you mean, Orsi's gone? You mean the restaurant that bears that name. As for Pierre Orsi, he's doing just fine, regularly gracing his beloved Cazenove with his incredible rococo Belle Époque boudoir setting and insanely classic cuisine. Today, we're still feasting on these treasures: lobster ravioli with safflower flowers, back of cod with miso butter, before the unmissable crêpes Suzette in a €52 sequence that's sure to bring back fond memories. Of course, we'll be back again and again for the scallops with Nantes butter, the whole sweetbreads with jus simple, and the beef tenderloin with wine. Once again, thank you, Mr. Orsi, and to the entire team, who carry the banner with pride!
