Florence Périer has put away her apron, but Maxime, her son, is there to keep the promise of one of the most authentic experiences in the prefecture. A lively and always cheerful "bouchon", the table is set for friends, happy to rediscover an atmosphere of bon vivants, unabashedly enjoying the good traditions of the land. Between two glasses (the cellar is splendid, with over 1,200 references), we rediscover under the hand of chef Bastien Depietri a tradition frank and well done, herring apples in oil, green lentils and trout gravelax, trout house Murgat lobster sauce, andouillette gratin with mustard seed and apples Lyonnaise, calf's head crispy sauce gribiche ... Smiling and smooth service.
