This wringer of preconceived ideas is a blessing. In the heart of Vieux Nice, it breaks with the codes of the Niçoise laundromat to impose an unrestrained cuisine, without blinkers and without too many attachments, apart from the short circuit for the majority of products, in a very contemporary atmosphere where you can speak any language and understand each other very well. The menu fits on a sheet of paper, but nothing is banal and everything is gourmet: beef tartare with anchovies, Bouchot n'duja mussels and red wine, homemade sausage with bbq and grilled cabbage, spicy ketchup pork ribs. Low prices, plates that are gladly shared, good humor right down to the homemade lemon tart, like the organic sourdough bread, and good little wines from all over.
