Seven years after its creation, and still the most modern and accomplished bistro, in its own personal and uncompromising way, in the old town. A menu that can be read and devoured, always in season, with a team that sources the best linen from just about everywhere, turning it into a machine that runs on imagination: kale with clementine vinaigrette, homemade sausage with bbq purée, spicy ketchup pork ribs, without skipping the step of homemade lemon tart. Here, we like our food raw but well accompanied, and our wine natural. Who would have thought!
