You'll never get lost in the maze of Vieux Nice, as you'll come across shops like these that make you want to stop in. It's a neo-bistro with all the trappings of authenticity, where aperitifs go on naturally, because you feel good here and all the standards taste good: fish soup, snails and frogs, and local specialties such as beef cheek and gnocchi daube, stuffed sausages or even Milanese-style osso buco with linguine. In a different register, just as pleasant, are the salads, sharing boards, fish and chips... No big effort in the cellar.
