Gault&Millau's review 2025

This hotel, built in the 1930s, has reopened after a restoration by architects Friedmann & Versace, who chose to pay homage to the art of living in Nice. The 53 rooms and suites are a perfect blend of Provençal inspiration and contemporary refinement, and chef Damien Andrews' delicious cuisine at Restaurant & Terrasse Le Patio... Add to this the soul of the place - a cliff-side Mediterranean garden and a fabulous swimming pool carved into the rock above the Grande Bleue - and you have one of the most seductive addresses of the moment.
