Gault&Millau's review 2025

One of our favorites in Nice! Nestled in the heart of a lush garden, this confidential hotel has been owned for four generations by the Redolfi family, who have given the place a poetic and exotic touch, with its tropical garden and 33 rooms decorated with works by contemporary artists - not least Ben, Glen Baxter and Claude Viallat. A special mention goes to the exquisite cuisine of Reunionese chef Laureline Palmade, who revisits Niçoise gastronomy with a Creole twist, and the spa with hammam, sauna and exceptional wellness massage. One of the city's most seductive retreats.
