One of our favorites in Nice! Nestled in the heart of a lush garden, this confidential hotel has been owned for four generations by the Redolfi family, who have given the place a poetic touch of art and exoticism with its tropical garden and 57 keys, including 33 rooms decorated with works by contemporary artists - not least Ben, Glen Baxter and Claude Viallat. A special mention must be made of Chef Robin's cuisine, which revisits Niçoise gastronomy in the restaurant (Maître Restaurateur label), and the spa with hammam, sauna and exceptional wellness massage. One of the city's most attractive retreats.
