From its revolutionary beginnings fifteen years ago, it's now an institution, playing the role of big brother to all the clones that have sprung up around it. The original is still going strong, in this golden location between Saleya and the old town. You can still enjoy this unique atmosphere, bringing together locals and travelers, with ideas of the moment, always clever, mixing traditions and current events: ceviche of sea bass in an aromatic broth, black pudding pastilla, back of cod with horseradish emulsion and crushed cauliflower, cocotte of pig with old-fashioned creamy polenta. Beneath the friendly bistro exterior lies a well-oiled, precise machine, both in service and on the plate.
