The place to be in Nice is Rue de la Préfecture, on the border between Saleya and Vieux Nice, a high-density thoroughfare. You come, you taste, you enjoy and the wine is good. Because the menu is always very appealing, blending the South with an evolved bistro spirit: a pâté croûte, a boudin en pastilla, a back of cod with tarama yuzu sauce, a cocotte de cochon polenta, the tasty perugine sausages crushed sweet potato with ginger curry sauce. The ambiance, warmth and dynamic service do the rest.
