In the vibrant heart of Vieux Nice, a counter with a gourmet slate, generous but not cheap dishes, nonetheless giving a fair treat between €50 and €60: marinated sea bream with orange and citron vinaigrette, vitello tonnato, veal quasi gnocchi with sage and butternut cream, black forest. Cellar with good knowledge of the region.
