Like its cousin, this near-duplicate of Antoine's Bistrot boasts a tempting daily menu that delivers on its promise of bistro and Niçoise cuisine using the right products at the right time. Among the latest deliveries are mussels curried with leek, veal liver with sweet potato purée and salsa seca, veal filet with olive and lemon purée and roasted cauliflower with zaatar... Well-crafted contemporary desserts (rice pudding with caramelized ginger and clementine, financier coco ananas sorbet passion), a cellar inspired by the South.
