Gourmet Restaurant It's almost hidden away in an alley off the boulevard, but regulars can find it with their eyes closed, this very Niçois and very gourmet Comptoir. It celebrates good living in the local way, with no frills and no fuss. The slate is long enough to make you salivate, and the rest takes place on the plate: gnocchi cress chèvre, pâté en croûte, chuck with celery purée, kidneys with Bordelaise sauce or salmon with sorrel are good before the rice pudding and tarte amandine, for a very pleasant moment at around €40. The cellar is well adapted and the welcome is always warm.
