Gault&Millau's review 2026

It's quite surprising to find this popular and touristy restaurant in such a good position, but the toque is well deserved for this "bouchon niçois" right in the middle of the route through the old town. The menu doesn't need to move much, and doesn't stray too far from the traditional Niçois register.
