Gault&Millau's review 2025

This brand-new five-star hotel has been fitted out in the former Boscolo Plaza hotel, a stone's throw from the Promenade des Anglais. Extensively restructured by Nice architect Jean-Paul Gomis and the MHNA studio, the historic address now takes on the allure of a warm, modern urban resort.... 132 contemporary rooms and suites; a 600m2 spa with hammam, sauna and fitness room; a huge roof-top with restaurant, bar, swimming pool and nine luxury boutiques on the first floor.
