For just €34.50, you can enjoy a Lyon-style calf's snout and trotter salad with pig's ear cake, roast cod with sauerkraut and crayfish bisque, duck leg pot-au-feu with vegetables and herb vinaigrette, hot Lyon sausage cooked in Beaujolais, lentils au jus, crème caramel and madeleine.
