Gourmet Restaurant Just across the road from the Royal Abbey, this charming house with its happy bourgeois style is the perfect opportunity to discover the ideas of Fabrice Bretel, who combines noble products with today's techniques. The €43 menu is a good option, with its scallop carpaccio and coral royal, monkfish pavé with orange and carrot purée, braised endive, French veal medallion, golden sesame seeds and chard cromesquis, black forest with Tanzanian chocolate and pomme d'amour glaze. Professional service. Well-equipped cellar.
